Lovely Sleeper Island is just a short boat ride to a couple of mainland marinas and is in a great location to travel by boat to Wolfeboro or Alton for shopping, restaurants and attractions. The house has an open floor plan with living, kitchen and dining and a wall of glass facing the Lake and the oversized deck. There is a 3/4 bath and laundry and 1 bedroom also on the main floor and a large loft bedroom on the second floor. There is a woodstove, a shed in the back of the house, dock and a mooring, a perched beach and nice privacy from neighbors. The Septic was updated in 2019 and a minisplit was added for heat and a/c.
